In June we had walked the Gatlinburg trail and continued into town for lunch and on the way back did a wine tasting. The staff were amazing and very helpful. We were walking 2.5 miles back so couldnt get any wine. So we told them we would be back. A month later I got ahold of the makers due to not having our favs online to order, Leslie returned my call quickly with the info on better deals if we bought it in shop. Being as we live in Michigan it was a 9 hour drive...lol She guaranteed she would have our flavors when we arrived and ask for Chloe. Chloe was a gem, so sweet and helpful. We walked in on Sunday November 15th 2015 around 5:30 p.m. We walked up to the counter (wanting to do a tasting and buy some wine) - the guy looked at us like we were annoying him by being there (long brown beard, said his name was Austin). With every request, he slammed the wine down on the counter and carelessly poured it. And then glared at me. It was very uncomfortable. I asked to speak to the manager and he said it was him. What a poor excuse for a man. Went out of his way to make us uncomfortable. Will NEVER...
