Let’s talk about the good first. Great selection of pinball games. I was thankful to be able to play them with my wife. Now let’s discuss what I did not agree with or like. I thought overall this is a bad business model. Pinball machines were $1.50 per play, PAC Man,Galaga, and the rest of the retro games were $1.25. This seems like greed to me and unwelcoming for gamers. No one in their life has ever had to pay 4 x’s to play a retro game or pinball. Do you realize if you had to pay one price at $20 you could have made 40$ instead of $30? As a gamer I much rather give you my $40 for my wife and I to enjoy what we like to do together. Instead we felt limited because we felt like business model is greedy. I would also like to add that the when you purchase to play pinball there is 0 chance of getting a free game by high score or a match. Who does this? When I asked the employee,” Why are you not able to get free replay for high score or why doesn’t pinball machine allow you a free play for match?” His response was,”This is how they came in?” Gamers play for fun and to win. This arcade took that opportunity away by overcharging and deleting options for a chance to get free replay. Pinball is not pinball without an opportunity for free replay with high...
Read moreAmazing place! If you are pinball enthusiast, or anyone else that loves coin-op video games and pinball, this place is for you! All the pinball machines and also the video games are in immaculate condition and service. I played many pins I had never played before, and had an absolute blast. My son loves stand-up shooting games, and he had some super fun ones to choose from.
My only minor critique is that some of the classic arcade games were refurbished with new joysticks that were not the same type as the originals (e.g. Robotron 2084 did not have the classic 8-way joysticks). This took away from the experience somewhat, but the games were in such nice condition I'm still rating a...
Read moreNice variety but cheap upkeep is causing games to suffer, not responsive buttons on tmnt, big buck is broken, sticking flippers on star trek pinball, donkey Kong joystick is a universal replacement and not working alot of the 4 way games have had cheap 8 way bat sticks stuck in the , when I brought it up to the lady work in the front she was dismissive and rude. The entire joystick pulled out of street fighter vs Capcom. I will not be back after spending a good bit here, because you don't realize the stuff is broke when you are buying a prepaid card like 4 of...
