I have never met a business owner or person like Ali. When I was on a trip to Jackson Hole, I went horseback riding and ended up having a severe allergic reaction. My entire face puffed up, and I couldn’t see out of my eyes by the end of the two-hour ride. When we got back to town, I looked up places to get a facial to settle my skin, and RemedeCo came up. I called around 6 pm, and Ali had just left to go home and get ready for her dinner plans. I explained my situation, and she told me she’d come back within the hour to help me! Not having experienced high altitudes since my teenage years (I’m now 66), I traveled to Jackson Hole without any preconcieved knowledge of altitude sickness and dehydration so attending a reception at the top of the Tetons seemed nothing more than a fun adventure to me. However, about 2:00 am things rapidly changed for me. I was awakened to a strange nausea that mimicked almost heart attack like symptoms, projectile vommitting and a dizziness that made walking next to impossible. Lying in bed unable to move I thought well this is it at least I go out after a party. My hostess called in the pros to help revive me and that they did. With a sweet calming smile and empathetic bedside manner I was given a totally customized IV with only ingredients that I needed and none that would react with my current medications.
