29May2024. My wife and I had a blast doing the zipline at the BigFoot Zipline Tours!! This were our fourth tours including various location at North Carolina, Delaware and New Zealand previously. We were part of a 11:00am group along with a 7 members family. We were really impressed with our tour guides members Terique, Ryan, another gentlemen guide whose name I couldn’t remember, and a lady guide-in-training. The family in our group experienced their very first zipline outing today with BigFoot Zipline Tours. Our guides exhibited exceptional professional courtesy to explain, demonstrate proper techniques and safety of this adventure. No just once but over and over, above and beyond, they repeated themselves to guide and to teach them the proper techniques. One of the member exhibited nervousness during the tour, our guides were there to ensure that she had a successful launch points and received safely at the end points. Our guides were very lively, energetic, engaging, and full of sense of humor and laughters along the entire tour. We had praises after praises of their professionalism and manners. This has reflect how greatly on BigFoot Zipline Tours on customer experiences. Thank you BigFoot Zipline Tours for allowing us to witness such great crews in motion.

29May2024, our back to back tour review. My wife and I did a back-to-back tour from BigFoot Zipline Tours, 11am Zipline tour then followed with Army Duck Tours at 3pm. Once again we were greeted with another outstanding tour guide/duck driver, Ashley. A young high schooler aiming to be a future mechanical engineer, provided us details of Army Duck history, Wisconsin Dell geological interest, water composition of the Wisconsin river just to name a few. Ashley was very engaging both with the adults and interaction with children during the tour. As a native Wisconsin Dell, she was full of local wisdoms, energetic, adoring sense of humor and laughters thru out our tour. We were grateful to be blessed with such young lady representing BigFoot Zipline Tour to be our tour guide. Please accept our sincere thanks for such memorable...
Read moreMy mom and I went here for our first time ever ziplinig on March 26th and had an amazing time! We got lucky that no one else showed up to zip line so we got the tour all to ourselves, which was really cool. We had Kyle and Terique as our guides, they were awesome! They really made it an amazing time, they made us feel welcome and not just like another customer like a lot of places do. Actually All of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and professional. Due to it being March, the weather was cool and we thought we’d be cold but with all of the stairs it actually made me too warm. They let me take a break part of the way through before continuing so I didn’t feel sick and actually took my coat back to the building where you start so I didn’t have to keep wearing it or come back for it. We were sad that the GoPros weren’t running for the season but that was ok, and actually on the last line one of the other men working took a video of us on his phone so we could have video of it. It took us several weeks and several times of contacting them for them to finally email it but I was extremely happy when they finally did! I have zero complaints from our visit, everything was perfect and would definitely love to come back again!! Definitely take in to consideration if you are planning on coming here, there are ALOT of stairs (obviously lol) they told us there’s over 700 so between that and the upper body strength you use on the lines, it’s pretty tiring if you are not used to zip lining! With that being said it was 10000% worth it! Thank you for the great time, I can’t wait to...
Read moreMy family and I go to the Dells VERY often, but no matter how many times my family would come to the Dells, we’ve never really gone out anywhere. We would always only do the jet boat and the duck boat but never the zip line. Our first time we had a fantastic experience here. It was around July of 2017 and I was 15 yrs. The temperature was around 85 degrees. It was sunny and warm. It felt nice with the wind in our faces. I was scared at first, but our tour guide Sophia and Ovi/Oman (which ever one it was) made me feel more safe, comfortable and confident. They were funny, approachable, energetic and nice. They made everyone feel safe and happy. Sophia would always try to reach out and ask a couple questions about us. They both made it a wonderful experience. Everything was kind of expensive, but i thought it was definitely worth it. I usually talk about the negative 👎 side to everything, but I truly have nothing negative to say. (Shocking) Well, we did had to wait two hours to do the zip line because my family was pretty large (9) and couldn’t go on the 12:30 one. The only problem is that they didn’t let us bring our personal stuff with us on the zip line due to it getting lost, so I couldn’t bring my inhaler. Other then that, I loved it. It was fun and I hope we get to do it again when we visit...
