Me and my husband and our 3 kids (6,8,&12) visited this water park on july 20 2024 and we drove from missouri to experience this water park and it was definitely worth the drive. We stayed at the wingate by Wyndham in Wisconsin dells and the Noah ark passes were included with the stay. The park opened at 10 am that day but we was at the parking lot by like 9:20 am and there was already over 20-30 cars there parked. So going early to get good parking spots is recommended. There are 2 parking lots the $30 lot or $25 lot we parked in the cheaper lot and we found the area where it's a circle with trees in the middle with picnic tables and you can park around the circle of trees and take a couple steps to have your lunch at the picnic tables if you bring one. we did and it was nice and clean they have a couple grills but I didn't see anyone use them. Since we had passes/wristband from our hotel we just walked up to the gate entrance scaned the barcode on the wristband and walked straight thru then they check your bags at the entrance also. We walked in found chairs and placed our towels and left them there for the day. Used that as our meeting place and no one messed with our stuff. There are lots of lockers throughout the park. But we just chose the one by the main entrance by the wave pool and bathrooms. We chose the smallest locker for $15 we had our wallets phones and keys and there was still room for maybe a small purse or something small. Since we went early we got to ride some of the popular rides without a really long wait but as the day went on the lines got longer and it was a Saturday so I expected that. They have 2 wave pools and 2 lazy rivers. They have a wave pool at the entrance which seemed to be popular the other wave pool was kind of like way in the back towards the anaconda ride we only went there because there was a section that my 6 year old liked but it's only for 48" or smaller so my 8 year old wasn't able to play there so they ended up going to the other section where they have a play area and a water course and that's more towards the middle of the park. They have lots of slides and several rides for 2-4 people and I only seen one that was like 2-5 people it's just a great water park. They had lots of food options, hamburgers, ice cream, pretzels and a gift shop. Park and bathrooms were clean. The only thing we purchased inside the park was the lockers and you can...

There are no changing stalls in the changing room so women we’re changing themselves and their kids in bathroom stalls, which is a disgrace honestly. Overall cleanliness is alright. Food options are kinda dire, nothing semi healthy or fresh, but the pizza was good. Water fountains are abundant and water is ice cold I like that. The wave pool is called “Big Kahuna” and the waves it makes are barely visible unless you’re actually in the deep side of the pool. Also there were at least 2 dozen people in this pool with me in their regular cotton t shirts which shouldn’t be allowed in the pool since it promotes bacterial growth, nobody was being warned about this. There are multiple rides where the line forming (shoes off) areas are just plain black asphalt that is 120 degrees hot and they didn’t even bother spraying them with water. I was there on labor day weekend where lines were 45 minutes long and our feet paid the price honestly, they need to set some mats on those lines. Staff overall is friendly and nice but lifeguards need to be a little more quick with their decisions I saw two instances where they messed up on one day. The first time a lady flipped at the bottom of the stingray ride and hit her head pretty bad with a big bang we all heard, the guard just asked her are you okay, she said yes but she looked pretty shook and barely could come of the ride to sit down on the floor. The guard should have called medics immediately since she took head trauma, she was obviously in shock and didn’t know if she was actually okay. Then later there was a young man in the deeper end of the wave pool who was showing obvious signs of distress, the lifeguard had no idea. We frantically waved for his attention and when we had it he was still trying to communicate with the young man using hand signs, this young man probably wanted to look cool to his friends or whatever so he signed okay 👌 with his hand so the guard didn’t help. Seconds later he was having the hardest time keeping his head above the water, he was about to drown for good. My husband who is a trained lifeguard had to swim over and bring him to shallow water, the young man said he had a leg cramp and couldn’t move it, this could end in catastrophe if we didn’t intervene. Like I said they...
