This is for 'the Pennsy bar" the drinks are really good and service was amazing. Love the upgrade to the spot. The new bar in the middle of the food court was a great idea. The new food vendors were not just a necessary upgrade they were almost required. Sound and TVs are so cool. This is a great spot to hang out on the ground level outside deck and drink a Guinness with friends... NYC has a new place to hang out, without being on some rooftop... prices are very reasonable.

Nice place to be...The NYC skyline from this will give a beautiful view of the city. Try to reach the observatory 30mins before the sunset, so that you can experience both day and night view.

Book as far in advance as possible through the site to be there at sunset. The views of the city are magnificent. If you don't book early you can still go for ~$60. If you know anything about the city, skip the sales pitch for the $15...
