As a local to the state and nearby county to OKC, I can proudly say that this is not one of, but THE best place to go see a movie if you want bang for your buck. Not only are the staff extremely efficient at their jobs and have superb curtsy and manners, but the establishment itself is simply wonderful. While Harkins lacks a IMAX, they make up for it for easy parking, great location, and cheap movie tickets.
Location- It's near the heart of downtown OKC, the river-walk just at it's feet with a lovely plaza nearby to roam and explore while either waiting for a movie, or walking off the two pounds of popcorn you consumed. There is always something new down there for before or after a movie, such as Red Pin bowling alley, which is a crossover of bowling and screen entertainment with projectors displaying channels on the walls, and an open bar for those of drinking age to enjoy. The second place of interest is Fuzzy's Tacos, and with the buildings current history, you can expect a different restaurant to be there next year. When not eating or bowling, you can enjoy the waterfall and bark, or roam the river-walk.
Entry- With normally three to four open booths at a time on weekends, and two on weekdays, you can expect efficient experienced service with those whom provide you tickets for the show. Those wishing for a more technological way of getting their tickets will be pleased to know that two self-service machines sit ready for use outside. When through one of the doors, you pass the threshold into a well temperature maintained spacious lobby, with a childcare service to your right and a arcade to your left, with the concessions at the front. A helpful stub collector (the people whom take half of your ticket as verification of purchase) will greet you and direct you to the theater by number on which side it will be on.
Childcare/Arcade- While I have not used the childcare area myself, for I'm just a highschooler without children, I have heard nothing but glowing reviews of the care and cleanliness of the service provided. Each time I pass I see happy children running about, overlooked by supervisors to ensure their safety and well beings in both a physical and emotional manner. I assume the three computers offered are closed-server computers, meaning they operate on a special server to keep children from roaming the unfiltered web. Napping areas and sitting corners with books are also visible from the window, with plenty of toys to keep the little ones busy. The arcade is lacking, but with fair prices with no hustling for money. These a true arcade machines with reasonable pricing for playing, though the arcade itself is small and only houses around a dozen machines, two being claw machines. It's rarely updated, with additions normally being second-hand or old, but with the rare acceptance of a new machine. If you got pocket change left from the movie, it's worth looking at!
Concessions- The popcorn is well worth the money, it's half the reason I come to the theater- buttery morsels in the hundreds lining my bag, ready for consumption by my eagerly awaiting maw... Oh, what I'd give for a lifetime supply of that popcorn. The cost of soda drinks is a little over market value, but as said above, it's how they get more revenue. You CAN however get a loyalty cup and save a lot of money. I will say though- Coca -Cola does dominate the theater, so don't expect a Mountain Dew when ordering a drink. As for the candy, it's highly marked up from standard value and comes in a small selection, though there is something in there for everyone.
Theater- The grand finale, but not much can be said. It's a standard theater with elevated stadium seating with handicap access and extremely comfortable seats. While they lack IMAX, they do have standard and 3D. The theater is remarkably clean, maintained from a diligent staff of friendly employees whom greet you on your way in and out. My personal favorite spot is one step up from the main floor, with railing for a footrest.
10/10, a leader of it's industry and a gem...

Figured 10 minutes of previews. Went through the ticket taker and didn't look at the name of the movie just the number. Got to theatre 11 and it was The Snowman. The girl had given us tickets for the 2:00 Snowman show instead of the 12:40 American Made. No big deal, we found our show in theatre 13, and it was just starting. We were the only ones in the theatre. Pretty cool. But halfway through the picture the video went dark, but sound kept on. We went and found an usher who told who I think was the manager. She asked to see our tickets and I told her about the error. She said that made sense and would get it fixed. I think it may have been since their systems showed no one supposed to be in the theater. We went back to the theater and it was fixed. After it was done at a little after 2 we saw the manager as we were walking out. We walked by the Snowman show that our tickets showed. I don't know if she thought we may try to see it too, but she was very cordial and apologised again for the issue. She offered some popcorn or something for our next visit. I told her it was an honest mistake and nothing was needed. She offered free tickets for another showing so I did accept them . I didn't get her name but she was very polite and a credit to this facility. I hope she sees this and knows she is appreciated. We were there Monday, October 23rd around noon. Thanks , we.will keep...

This means people in Enid must drive 1 to 2 hours one way (2 to 4 hours roundtrip) just to see a movie! The city of Enid has had a couple offers to bring a theater here but the city planners have their heads up their.... I digress.
We normally will go to AMC in Stillwater or AMC in N OKC but we found ourselves eating in Bricktown and decided to see Black Adam at Harkins. I downloaded the app to buy tickets while at lunch but after going through the process they hit you with a $3 convenience fee. Since we were eating steps away I canceled and purchased tix in person.
The theater looks nice. Floors were sticky at concessions and the row behind ours inside the #8 was super sticky. Sound and screen was great but the seats were old school. Yep, we're spoiled with recliner seats now.
Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but we will continue to go to AMC at the mall or in Stillwater for comfort.
