My honest review of this is hopefully so there can be some improvements made for the future of this experience. It was okay, nothing necessarily negative happened, but we also weren’t very impressed at all. The guides were great and very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. The biggest problem lied within the limited equipment. There were 15 or 16 people total in our time block for the tour and only 1 piece of each equipment (with exception of the emf readers). This led to some couples or families taking some of the equipment and using it the entire time while others had nothing to use to try to “hunt” with. The tour needs either multiple of each piece of equipment, or to take less people in each tour group. Maybe the night we went just wasn’t a good activity night, but we were underwhelmed with the level of activity that happened, even just from watching the other couples/families interacting since they had the equipment. I know the guides can’t control what happens or doesn’t happen, but it really wasn’t anything special for us. It seemed like everyone else was just trying to convince themselves that things were happening, that actually wasn’t happening. Like a placebo I guess. I mean get a group of people in a dark, creepy, history-rich building and they will get freaked out regardless. We left a little disappointed, especially for the money spent, but I suppose that was at our own risk. Although I do wish we could have gotten to use some of the items that the others hoarded, maybe we would have enjoyed...

We decided this was the tour for us after being explained how it’s not theatrical….put on….etc etc…but actual fact based experience. You go in and they have all the equipment you see on shows and they explain how to use them and tell you about the history of the building. Now let me tell you….going in my husband who originally is from England made it clear he was a none believer but after telling the spirits/ghost, whatever you choose to call, that’s he’s from England when this building is right where the war took place for so many soldiers were killed by the English takeover….I think they weren’t too happy because we heard a few names & naughty words on the machine. Hard to make out all of it but it’s clearly something making that speak. And the guides Andrew & Katie…kudos to them for giving us an experience we’ll never forget. If you go, get Andrew to tell you about “the jacket”….my husband came out of there with a new outlook on the ghost hunting subject…..actually I think he may want to do ore!!! The tour manager and the newest girl also did an amazing job…..this tour is one I suggest all to go try out if they have an interest in the...

My sister-in-law booked this tour for us while driving back down to SFL, and we are so glad she did! We’ve always been believers in the paranormal with just a slight amount of skepticism, but I will personally say that any skepticism we had was quickly overshadowed with near irrefutable evidence of life beyond the grave! The quick history of the property was rich and informative, plus a rundown on all the equipment we used was clear and allowed us to properly discern whether we were experiencing any user error or genuine activity. Our guides stayed in the room with us the whole time while also allowing us to explore independently, but were also more than happy to answer any questions and provide any assistance needed. We would 100% come back to do it again! We opened up our own pandora’s box of paranormal investigation, so it’s safe to say we have a new hobby! Thank you so much again for everything & thank you David for being so...

My wife loves watching paranormal investigation shows, so I surprised her with this experience — and it was absolutely worth it! We booked an early session and ended up being the only guests, which made it even better. Our guide, Andrew (I believe), gave a fascinating and detailed history of the building, including stories of the spirits he and others have encountered. He explained what types of natural or environmental factors can affect the equipment, so it never felt overplayed or exaggerated — just genuine investigation. The experience felt authentic from start to finish… and my wife was even told in no uncertain terms to leave one of the restrooms! That definitely got her attention. A full two-hour tour that’s well worth it — highly recommend for anyone curious about Savannah’s haunted side!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I’ve had so much fun doing this tour! The employees are very knowledgeable! They were able to explain all the equipment and the history of 416 w liberty in a limited amount of time that made me feel adequately prepared to do the investigation. The second story of the building was fun we found a spirit that spoke Spanish and another that spoke German! We also got EVPs of a woman named Ingrid! She said that we were “friends” and when I asked if she spoke German I got a response that said. “No, not really”. The 3rd floor was the scariest in my opinion. We had a lot of activity a spirit even told us to leave!!!! Definitely worth a try!
