Horrible accessibility for elders(90+ years old), little to no room on the deck where you can see and hear the historical audio, no assistance or guidance on where to sit, it’s dog eat dog when trying to find a seat that is actually enjoyable when over booked for the size of the ship (there are people sitting on the floor)! The seating lay out is absolutely horrible this is the top deck layout….. you are not allowed on the very top deck that would add some breathing room and the Top and bottom deck has no audio for the information they give about the lake except on the very bow of the boat making it pointless to sit when there is no room on the top deck. If you have mobility issues and aren’t first in line GOOD LUCK! You will be sitting on the bottom deck alone, with the worst view, no speakers to at least learn about what you got yourself into and a lot of time to think about what you can do after you GET OFF the boat!

Silver lining- The captain is very knowledgeable if you...

Did a one hour cruise on Lake George when we first got to town. They are conveniently located near the Village Tourism office. We pre-purchased online.

When we arrived to check in, there was a girl at the booth who didn't work there, according to her. She said her friend had gone somewhere and would be back soon. Her friend didn't come back before the ship returned from its prior voyage. We were checked in by someone off the ship who came ashore.

Boarding was smooth. We got a $9 white claw and enjoyed our little cruise. Despite it being kinda rainy and choppy on the water, we didn't really feel it. It was really smooth as a ride. The crew were nice though it was not a guided tour so just enjoy the views and the ride.

It was a good cruise. Nothing out of the ordinary but if you want to be out on the lake, it's definitely an option.

See you on the... water...

During a morning walk around Lake George, my husband and I saw the booth and signage for lake cruises. While trying to find out the information about it online (the booth was not open yet) a wonderful gentleman approached us and told us about the morning coffee cruise and informed us we could pay when we boarded and that the boat was leaving in 45 minutes. He then said he was the captain of the boat and would be doing the lake cruise. Well let me just say, that was the best way to start our first day here in Lake George. Not only was the captain a fabulous guide and story teller, he had a great sense of humor! The coffee was actually good and we got to keep the insulated coffee mugs. It was a beautiful, scenic ride, the day was gorgeous and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this cruise. We were on the Horicon boat. The rest of the crew...

Morning Coffee Cruise Lake George Waterfront Cruises We did the Sunday morning coffee cruise, and overall it was a beautiful and relaxing experience. Pros: Tickets were reasonably priced and easy to purchase online Comes with a fun souvenir mug (good for coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or iced coffee) Staff on board were friendly and welcoming The boat ride was calm and peaceful, perfect way to start the day We had the inside of the boat to ourselves with open windows and a perfect breeze Cons: The coffee itself wasn’t great Staff at the counter directed us to the wrong boat at first we almost missed boarding, but thankfully caught the mix-up in time The one-hour cruise was peaceful and gave us breathtaking views of Lake George. Despite a couple of hiccups, we’d absolutely do it again. A really lovely way to spend a Sunday morning on Lake George.

We did a quick 3 day get away to Lake George and wanted to see the sights and lake history. It was great because we were able to bring our dog on board. It was a really nice day it looked like rain but it held up. The crew members were very friendly. All smiles and greeting us. It wasn’t a booked out cruise so there was plenty of seats. They had refreshments for sale and light snacks available on board. Also if you show your receipt to their restaurant you get $5 off $25 or more. The ship was clean have really no complaints. The only thing is outdoor seating to the front of the ship is very limited. So I think if you’re one of the first 16 or so you will be able to get a set. There was 3 left when I got there but there was 4 of us. I would still recommend the cruise if you got the time for it.
