From start to finish, this was a truly luxurious and rejuvenating experience. The therapist's touch was expertly skilled, perfectly balancing pressure and relaxation during both the body and facial massages. My muscles felt completely unwound after the body treatment, and my skin felt incredibly soft and radiant after the facial. The atmosphere was calming and serene, making it the perfect escape from the stresses of daily life. I left feeling completely refreshed and revitalized. I will definitely be returning! I will recommend it to all of my friends and family

Disgusting service šŸ˜•šŸ˜• They forced me to get acne facial I was just passing by their store and they stoped me and asked me to come inside as soon as i entered they start talking about my skin and asked me to get a basic facial ($90) I said ok. As soon as i said ok to facial they started forcing me to get acne treatment a well. I refused it but they are forcing me constantly and touching my face and not giving me time to think as well.i feel very disrespectful . They took me into room, handed me a form even I was refusing it. I got scared. They started the treatment and charged me $170. There isn’t much difference in my face after the treatment. I dont feel worth paying $200 They are well trained in that part. Interesting part is the payment, they again forced me to increase the tip amount and took around $200 all together. When i asked for receipt they said they don’t give any receipt. They are unable to understand and speak English properly however they spoke good English while forcing to increase tip amount. Unable to find reply option; so adding my response to the owners reply: Store entry was a lie, one lady invited me into the store Yes, as I was inside the store I asked only for basic facial. Yes, one more lady came from inside First thing I do not have 40 to 50 spots on my face (I have before and after pictures). This is very rude response from owner judging someone facial condition with wrong info to the public. I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RECOMMENDATION AND FORCING (you guys trained in forcing shouldn’t mislead people by RECOMMENDATION terminology) I called my husband and he said to think about but the point here is they are NOT GIVING TIME TO THINK. While i was on call with my husband that lady went into the spa room for arrangements and said COME WITH ME and took me into the room while i was still on call with my husband and handed me a form to fill. Are we supposed to fill the form before entering the spa room or in the lobby near the front desk? She took me into the spa room and then gave me form to fill.) I was alone and I stared panicking as they are not leaving me and i felt like trapped in the spa room. So just to get out of there I filled the form and get this thing done and leave from here) Again same question to every reader here, when and where are we supposed to sign the form. In the lobby by the front desk before entering the spa room or inside the closed spa room? I didn’t ask for that LED treatment, they didn’t told me that they are doing some LED treatment on my face. If they would have told me that they are putting LED lights on my skin I would have refused there it self because my doc told me they I have a sensitive skin and I should not put any LED or heavy lights on my skin. How would they do something to someone skin without asking them? That so unprofessional Yes, I noticed my skin and face was very red so i was shocked and took a moment to ensure they didn’t burnt or something. But I wanted to get out of that trap so I didn’t raised any concerns about the redness there at that moment (now i understand, why it was so red because they put some kind of LED lights without my consent, I didn’t even knew they are using some led or laser lights as my eyes was closed during entire treatment). Those are not complementary items, so are very tinny sample sachets of their products (for marketing) which are around 5 to 10 grams. I believe they give those samples to everyone customer. ENJOY COMPLEMENTARY ITEMS GUYS LOL. I didn’t complained or showed dissatisfaction because I want to get out of the trap First thing i mentioned AROUND 200 in my review not precise 200. Next the treatment was 169 As per owner tip was 15 (but its a lie) Total as per owner 184 I 100% remember paying 20 tip demand/forced by the lady. You guys represent your self as professionals but your POS is not capable of giving receipts for cash payments and a big WOW to ur employees English? Also, I did filled the form entirely. How did the owner even thought I would visit...

Yesterday I went to this massage place because my neck and shoulder have been in so much pain, at one point that it hurt me to turn my head any direction (side-ways or up). I got on Yelp and Google to see what was around locally – this place had some great reviews. The guy sounded nice on the phone and booked me in for a last-minute appointment so I thought OK, take an hour off from work.

The place was clean when i got there which is good and the gentleman was professional and welcoming. when I called and again when I arrived I mentioned the neck and shoulder pain, he recommended a deep tissue massage to my affected areas. But, it was not exactly how I was picturing a trip like this to be.

The massage therapist that did my massage was giving me your standard deep tissue, felt very basic. Unfortunately, she completely disregarded the areas that I specifically asked them to work on. The hour passed and the massage was over, with nothing having been done or even mentioned about my neck/shoulder.

I shared my frustration with another therapist, Yuki at the register and she was gracious enough to take me back in for a quick five minute neck rub. It was honestly way more effective than the entire hour I just wasted.

Finally, the gentleman at desk said that perhaps a different style of massage would be more beneficial and I really didn't know what to make of this as I had chosen the type he recommended for my pain?! Underneath all of this is a fundamental truth, that if someone someplace offers advice it's because they think it might be right for the client.

All in all, I am giving this place 2 Stars for both individuals. While both individuals were courteous, the massage left me waiting for my pain to be addressed, offering some relief and walking out feeling as if I had not been understood. Would I return? Well, maybe only because of the gentleman professionalism and the assist from Yuki. Apart from that, I don't really have many positive words for...

I’m honestly not sure how this place got a 4.9 star rating.

The massage therapist stank of cigarettes, and he had his phone on him the whole time. He texted on it a couple of times during my massage, it rang at one point and he had to get up and go turn it off, and then he just placed it on the table next to my head where it buzzed every few minutes as notifications came in.

They played the same generic spa music on a continuous loop, so I heard the same jangly piano songs four or five times over the course of my one-hour massage.

At the end, there’s no mirror in the room or bathroom you can go into to put yourself back together. Your choices are a mirror in the main area where other customers are walking, or to exit the store and use the mall bathroom. The receptionist handed me a miniature bottle of Kirkland water at the end. I never actually saw my massage therapist after he left the room at the end of the massage, so I couldn’t give him any feedback.

For a one-hour massage, paying 100 bucks for this kind of experience felt like a rip off.

I’d skip it if I were you.

EDIT 3/17/25: Based on the manager’s response, I called on 2/25, told them who I was, and asked to speak with him. They took my information and told me he would call me back. I have waited three weeks so far for a call back.

EDIT 4/15/25: Yeah, they never called me back. So much for the offer to make...
