You could really feel the pulse of the beach as the music mingled with the ocean breeze. Beyond the events, Neptune Park itself is just a wonderful place to be. The majestic King Neptune Statue stands proudly, a fitting guardian of all the fun. And with a fantastic array of restaurants conveniently located around the park, grabbing a bite or a refreshing drink is incredibly easy, making for a seamless and enjoyable outing. We had such a great time at Neptune's Park! If you're thinking about visiting Virginia Beach, definitely make time for this spot; it's way more than just a photo op with the giant King Neptune statue (though yes, it's as impressive in person as you'd expect).

The park is right on the boardwalk, which makes it super easy to get to, and it’s such a nice break from the beach if you want to relax without the sand. There’s live music in the evenings (check the schedule!), and we caught a band while we were there; fun atmosphere, lots of people dancing, families hanging out, and the ocean breeze just made it perfect.

It’s very clean, well-maintained, and safe, with plenty of benches and open space to sit and people-watch or enjoy a snack. There were a few food vendors nearby too. And if you have kids, it’s a great place to let them run around while you chill out.
