We had a horrible experience we had this apartment. Not only did we feel cheated, we also felt extremely unsafe with the the final apartment we had to stay in.||||We called the property in the morning to give our arrival time. We were told we need to hurry to by there by 1 o clock (the check in time said we had until 4 pm) ||||When we did arrive we called the number 20 minutes before and had to wait for the owner to arrive. He was 20 minutes late. He told us our room had a toilet problem and he had to move us to a different property but it would take 1 and 1/2 hours. We walked around Strasbourg and then finally decided to call him back. We called him he said it was ready. He said he would meet us in 20 minutes. He was late yet again. ||||This time another man who said he was the owner met us. He said that his associate lied and really they just overbooked since it was christmas market time. He then took us to an apartment outside the city that we had to walk to with all of our luggage. We were then taken to an apartment that seemed like people had just left. We were promised an apartment with 2 beds instead we got one with 1 bed and a sofa with a sheet over it. The whole night we felt uncomfortable because we knew we were staying in someones apartment. ||||The whole experience was dishonest, disorganized, and very scary. We booked on booking.com and when we got back to the United States tried to contact them to tell them what happened. They said that overbookings do happen and we were lucky they found us a place. WHAT? They then told us they spoke to the owner and he told them WE were being dishonest. They offered us 10% refund and then told us that is all that they can do. In my opinion the owners of the apartments act the way they do because booking.com lets them get away with it!||||DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT BOOK WITH...

It's a 3 day visit for friends gathering in May. I'd say the location is perfect that allows you to explore the city without taking any transport. 15 mins walk from train station, 5 mins walk to the cathedral landmark where there are restaurants and shops around and a minute walking out you will find bakery shops, pharmacies and souvenir shops right at the corner.||Room is tidy and well equipped - microwave oven, basic toiletries, towels, hangers and coffee machine. Coffee capsule is complimentary. Inside the cupboard there are varieties of kitchen utensils so you can make simple meal inside the room. I like the classical and historic design of the apartment building. The whole area is historical and quiet but this is very safe - door up to the apartment building is always locked and there's another gate outside that requires passwords to enter.||I won't hesitate recommending this place to couples / friends /...

A relire les critiques négatives et factuelles exprimées par d anciens clients ayant occupé cet appartement sans que rien ne soit amélioré visiblement, nous en déduisons que le propriétaire / responsable de la location assume parfaitement ces points négatifs dans un pur souci de rendement. Comment faire de l argent facile par le biais d un appartement bien situé mais tellement trompeur dans sa présentation?​ Dés l arrivée devant la grille d entrée vous aurez de la chance si comme nous vous croisez des voisins qui vous donnent le code d entrée. Après une dizaine d appels restés sans réponse vous aurez également de la chance si vous parvenez un joindre quelqu'un qui vous transmet le code de récupération des clés à l'étage (la porte d entrée de l immeuble reste ouverte en permanence; il fait un froid polaire dans la cage d escaliers; n importe qui y a potentiellement accès, et de la même façon au placard électrique ou un pass / d autres clés sont accrochées si un inconnu souhaite tenter sa chance et essayer d ouvrir un des appartements). En découvrant les malfaçons et les défauts de cet appartement ne comptez plus communiquer de vive voix avec un responsable; ce dernier vous répondra en fonction de sa disponibilité par sms uniquement (on nous a proposé de devenir technicien Orange pour réparer le wifi et la télévision mais à force de refuser la seule alternative était de passer le soir après 22h, pour finalement nous rétorquer que cela serait réglé le lendemain sans bien sûr ne jamais voir l ombre d une solution). Cette retraite forcée loin de toute technologie puisque rien ne fonctionne aura été de courte durée puisque les voisins du dessus,, locataires permanents, avaient décidé à leur retour de bars / discothèque vers 4h du matin de prolonger cette nuit de fête chez eux, au-dessus de la chambre. Ambiance assurée pour les insomniaques ou appartement idéal pour les non-voyants ou malentendants; , à vous de choisir votre camp! Fils dénudés, prises enlevées, détecteur d incendie démonté, normes ​électriques inexistantes, pas de wifi fonctionnel, donc pas de télévision, radiateurs électriques moyenâgeux, absence de rangement, wc cabriolet (couvercle de lunette absent...), tout a été pensé pour vous faire passer un séjour inoubliable. Prévoyez également votre vaisselle puisque uniquement deux verres et deux tasses vous permettront de boire ou de petit déjeuner dans un appartement prévu pour...
