Central Studio & Apartment Budapest 2 — Hotel in Budapest

Don't let the interior of the building scare you off! The studio inside is modern, spotless, quiet, safe, and secure. It's located on Vaci Utca, a trendy main street dotted with higher-end shopping and eateries. Came furnished with a double bed, sofa, kitchenette with eating space, and the best rainfall showerhead! It lacked a closet or drawers to unpack clothes, We didn't find the mattress too comfy, and the scented laundry detergent on the linens was overpowering. One thing worth mentioning - you have to meet the property manager at another location (located next to a "gentlemen's club") then walk about two city blocks...

Super location to visit all sites in Central Budapest with the ability to walk pretty much anywhere. The Reception is not easy to find though and neither the taxi nor 3 nearby shop owners could find it! The apartment was then 2 blocks away with 3 keys to access it. The entrance is not very salubrious but once in the flat is it was fine although my flat was internal and did not have a nice outlook at all. Would certainly stay here again as good value and...

Received a call from Kata who spoke great english and arranged to meet us at the appartment. Taxi should not cost any more than 8,000 forant. Apartment was clean and tidy, a little worn in places it consisted of 2 double beds on the 1st floor and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
