Complaint Regarding Security Guard’s Unfair and Discriminatory Behavior.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the security guard on duty at night. For the past couple of years, I have faced repeated issues with this guard, who consistently refuses to allow my brother to enter, even when I have already informed him that my brother will be staying for a few days.

Despite my explanation, the guard refuses to listen and makes it unnecessarily difficult. At the same time, I have noticed that he allows other people to enter freely, including groups sharing one access card or even strangers who are simply waiting outside. More concerningly, I have observed that when certain individuals (particularly foreigners/white people) arrive, he allows them in without asking any questions.
