We stayed at Ayana Inn overnight before a flight back home. Overall it was a very nice stay with a few caveats. Only two months old as of June 2025, the place is clean and super modern with nice decor. The staff were super nice and helpful. We arrived late because of ferry delays and they called to be sure were would make it.||We had one of the deluxe king rooms. The room was really big. Maybe a bit too big. It needs more furniture. Especially a coach or chairs to fill the room and give you somewhere to sit. It is a renovated building that was most likely an old apartment. It had a vague cell block feeling since it only has two windows in the front. One large and one small. More furniture will help that. The room (101) is on the first floor right in front of the parking lot and on a busy street. If you are sensitive to noise, this will not be an option for you. Cars going by were sometimes playing loud music. You will also hear everyone getting in and out of their cars and people coming and going through the front door. There is no real view to speak of. Having the blinds open is not really an option since the room is on street level and the cars are right in front of the window (unless that is your thing LOL).||The bed was quite firm but comfortable. There was a refrigerator with some soda and beer (at a cost) and a safe. The lack of charging ports near the bed was annoying especially at a brand new property. These should be standard at this point (both USB-A and C). Coffee, water, etc was available in the lobby. The lobby area is not air conditioned if that matters to you (it does to us).||The property is next door to another larger sister property called Dream Inn. Looks interesting as well. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby which is super helpful. The beach is just a few minutes away through a beautiful neighborhood (Ocean Park). They provide towels and beach accessories.||I do not want to discourage anyone from booking this place. It was comfortable, nice, clean and modern. The web site pictures as pretty accurate of the property. But just be aware of some of the caveats...
