TERRIBLE SERVICE & FOOD THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE RESTAURANT AND ALMOST MISSED OUR FLIGHT! Don’t come here if you want to wait damn near an hour and 30 minutes for your food! My group of 6 ordered some appetizers and we had to wait forever for those to come. It wasn’t until we finished 2 rounds of our focaccia bread with barely any water served that we asked to order our main course because I don’t think our waitress was going to take down our orders anytime soon. We ordered our main course and still waited an hour for that food to come. This is the most disappointing experience and food I’ve ever had in my trip to Puerto Rico. This place needs better service, better quality of food, and more attentive staff. The table next to me didn’t even finish their food either so we weren’t the only ones that got terrible food.
We all felt neglected by the lack of service our waitress gave us and just wanted to get out of there and eat McDonald’s that’s down the street. We ended up taking our food to go, because we had to wait EVEN MORE due to them burning our lasagna. After eating the food at the comfort of my own home it wasn’t good at all, this food is way too acidic and pasta is undercooked. Come here if you want to flush your money down the drain if you ask me! If I could give 0...

Our experience here was outstanding. We arrive as a walk in around 7pm and we're immediately seated.
The staff was very warm and friendly. We ordered family style and the waitress immediately picked up on the idea and brought out additional plates without being asked.
We ordered, the meatballs, the lasagna, caccio pepe, and the shrimp scampi.
The kids have an Italian Nonna and they declared these meatballs almost as good as Nonna's. Something we haven't found anywhere else.
The lasagna was excellent and had a rich meat sauce and very tender noodles. The caccio pepe was creamy and peppery and the scampi was loaded with garlic. The shrimp were slightly overdone for my taste but the wife loved them.
It's too bad we found this place on our last night because we would have been here for every meal.
The atmosphere was perfect with slightly dim lighting, excellent jazz and the background noise of a full restaurant. The staff was amazing, friendly, and on top of every little need without being asked.

Read moreAfter doing some research, my friends and I decided to check this place out. We showed up around 8 PM without a reservation, and although we ran into a few hiccups at first, we eventually got a table.
Apologies for not having any photos, I was starving, and the food smelled so good that I completely forgot to take any!
I started with the pancetta as an appetizer, which was just okay, nothing to write home about. However, the carbonara I had for my main dish was a different story. It was quite good, actually, the best carbonara I’ve had in Puerto Rico so far.
The service was excellent. Special shout-out to who I believe was the manager, who went out of his way to ensure we had a great dining experience.
My friend had the gnocchi, and I got to try a bite, it was incredibly tasty. The restaurant also offers a great variety of drinks and wines, which really added to the experience.
Would I recommend this place? Absolutely. Great atmosphere, solid food, and excellent service. Just a heads-up, next time, I’ll definitely be making a...
