Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Twin Falls

Honestly, Chik-Fil-A is literally my favorite place to eat. When people say they don’t like it (which is really only like 1/100 people, only one of my friends just doesn’t like chicken in general) they’re just insane! You think McDonalds chicken nuggets are good? Just wait until you taste Chik-Fil-A’s! Everything they serve tastes not only better, but healthier and more filling than any other fast food restaurant I’ve been to!Oh, and don’t get me started on their soft serve ice-cream, Baskin Robbins who? They may only serve vanilla, but it’s the best freaking vanilla you’re ever going to taste. Away from the juicy, delectable, healthy, cow-free food, let’s talk about the building. I’ve been to a few Chik-Fil-A’s but since I live in the area, I go to the one in Twin Falls literally almost every week. It’s kind of hard to go off of memory because of the whole covid stuff, even through they just reopened their dining area, sometimes I just don’t feel like talking to people (which works great with the easy curbside pickup option you can use with their free app). This particular building though, is incredibly nice. Every time I walk in I’m transported to a clean, healthy, good smelling environment that I never want to leave! There’s a lot of booths you can sit at which are always wiped clean and ready. There’s a kid’s play place, that I personally loved when I was a kid! I especially loved the little individually wrapped wipes you could get as well! I kind of hoarded them, shh. Anyways, their service is absolutely amazing as well. Good people make good food! Every employee I’ve talked to has always been the sweetest and some my family actually know them by name and the employees know them! It’s incredibly fun when I’m with some of my family and we pull up and one of the employees are like, “Oh my gosh! Hey! So you reduced your breakfast by half an hour, you only allow one size for your iced coffee and you removed the divine being that was the bagel breakfast sandwich. I had ordered online twenty minutes before the deadline for the breakfast, showed up at the deadline and tried to explain to the cashier my order that decided that it didn't want to work. This only led to a kid lazily bring up his wrist and say no we are not serving breakfast anymore to the cashier and getting brushed off. Now 2016/2017 I could go in there for breakfast, have a lovely chat with the cashier and go about my day with breakfast because I could get a large iced coffee and not worry about breakfast ending until 11am. The Owner is a bit of a hypocrite himself and really needs to think about when he's having a meeting about a workers issues. Don't do it in the dining area, I really don't need to hear about the poor workers issues because it's already frustrating for them, but then you just kind of broadcast it for the public. I have never been so disappointed In Chik-Fil-A. It’s always been great service with a smile and great food. We had issues with our app. When we ordered we were offered the option to redeem our points and then the app crashed. When our app reopened all of our points were gone. I tried explaining this to the manager and she told us to push our order through anyway because the money should come off. This is not what happened. She also said she would let us know if the amount came off once she brought our food out to us. A younger gentlemen brought our food out to us and had no idea what was going on. We asked if he could send a manager out so we could clarify what was going on. He went back inside and then came back out and was told to relay that they don’t deal with the point systems. I called cooperate and let them know about this. After opening our meals they forgot the pepper jack cheese on one of our sandwiches and put tomato and lettuce on the other one when the box said not to. I was given a Diet Coke instead of a dr.
