Horrible experience overall. Normally the food and service are good, but the wheels fell of the bus on this visit. The wait inside the store was very, very long, and people were going through the drive thru faster. I've always been one to ascribe to the fact that if I take the time to get out of my car and go into an establishment, then my order should take precedence over someone going through the drive thru. But that was not the case. They tried to hand me my food with over half of it missing, and I had to stand there for 5 minutes just to get noticed in order to tell them that. There were half a dozen workers in there, in a total sense of confusion, and all of them pretended like they couldn't see me there. The service area had litter, food, and debris all over the floors, and there was no sense of urgency OR taking care of the customers. People behind me in line to have their order taken also remarked at how incredibly slow everything was.
And then the food. One word: underwhelming. Famous Bowls were devoid of anything that would define them as "famous". Perhaps "infamous bowl" would have been better? Almost no chicken or corn, and hardly any gravy to boot. What happened here, Colonel? This experience alone is enough to send me away dissatisfied, never to darken your airlock doorways again. I could have had a Big Mac and stale fries and been happier. Sad, sad, sad. Hope someone from this store sees this and corrects...
Read more2nd bad experience in the last 5 visits, over as many months. The 5 piece strip meal consisted of 5 smallish strips. 1 was excellent (the one that keeps them in my line up), 2 & 3 were ok, the 4th was barely tolerable and the 5th was so hard and rubbery that the other four about came back for an encore. The fries and biscuit were decent, but the drink was literally 5 oz of Pepsi over a full cup of ice. All this for $15.25. That’s absurd and price comparable to a Steak dinner at the nearby Texas Road House. With Chik-fil-et being only 30 yards away, KFC had better step up their game or it’s Hasta La Vista for this customer. I rarely complain, as I have a pay your nickel and take your chances kind of attitude. However, this tremendous surge in prices over that last couple of years with companies that have raised prices and lowered quality is getting very old. Get it together and start giving the customer their monies worth. High prices can sometimes be unavoidable, but not caring about your food quality and value for your customers hard earned dollar just shows an apathetic...
Read moreI wish we had a different kfc in town. The service here is usually bad. You often have to check if you have all your items, if you received the correct items, and if they gave you the sauces you asked for. The food is usually good. However with service this bad I dont usually come here.
The last time I came through the drive-through they got my order correct but had me wait 10 minutes for my order. The sauce I asked for was not included. So I went inside to ask for the missing sauce to find 4 customers at tables. 3 customers at the register. One was trying to order food and was waiting so long she went to the restroom.
One was a doordash driver who's order was missing mashed potatoes. The third customer did not receive the type of chicken she ordered. Meanwhile 3 kids were standing in the chicken talking about lifting weights. One was walking back and forth aimlessly and I did not see the other two employees. I had to wave down one of the employees after waiting 10 minutes with no acknowledgement just to get my sauce.
