Autumn Hanoi House 61 Bat Su — Hotel in Hà Nội

Went to check in today, ended up waiting for an answer to our many many texts and calls for hours. Just as we were about to give up a lady walked past us, showing a group of girls to their room. We kindly asked her if she was the owner and she said no. She still asked us about our booking and proceeded to tell us maybe she could find us somewhere else to stay as she thought the rooms where all full. She still did not know where the owner was nor had any contact details to the owner. We told her thank you, but we need to talk to the owner (since we did not have cancellation and don’t want to leave knowing we might have to pay either way). As we where getting our bags she came running again and told us maybe she could get us a room for tomorrow. (Strange thing to say if your not the owner, right?)
