Owners/staff not nice, didn’t tell us what the room number was and expected us to find the room ourselves, tried to tell us to pay 290k when we booked through booking for 217k and didn’t take our cash that had a super small dent (it came like this from the ATM). We found a cockroach in our room. Wifi works bad. Bed looks clean, the bathroom is ok. No hand soap, no shower gel, very basic at all. found 3 coackroaches and the owners did nothing to help, got angry at us because we saw it 🤣 when we moved the bed to look for the cockroach we noticed that it had never been cleaned, as you can see from the picture. this morning they came knock on our door at 11am sharp and charged us for 1 big water (only place in vietnam that charges for water), even after the cockroaches accident. they started shouting on the top of their lungs to us saying they would call the police if we didn’t pay, when we should have been the ones calling the police for this crazy behavior. ONLY PLACE IN WHOLE VIETNAM THAT THE HOSTS WERE MEAN TO US AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. The 5 starts reviews must be fake, because there’s no chance of this being a good homestay. never...

It's located in a small and quiet street with lots of restaurants and bars AND the best (so far) Ba mih restaurant within a few meters😁. Breakfast sorted. Rooms are super spacious and clean, very nicely decorated and furnished. Beds are comfortable, good working A/C & flat screen TV. Hot shower (drainage is a bit slow but didn't bother us) and cleaning is done on a daily base. Owner/staff very friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant attached anymore but a Spa. Didn't try it so cannot say anything about it. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would return anytime when back...

We had a terrible experience here, it started in the first moment we got in, we were greeted by a guy with an angry face that told us nothing about the homestay and the city, not even which room was ours he said. The wifi did not work and was always down. At night there was cockroaches in our room (more than one), the employee did nothing to help us, gave us an empty bootle of bug spray and did nothing.
