The very first thing that I was surprised at was the attitude of the owner toward his guests. He's very friendly to welcome us to his homestay and treated us very kindly. He suggested us where to find reasonable-priced food stalls and showed us the ways to some places of interest even before we asked him. ||At first we booked a room for 4 people but then we wanted to let another friend stay with us. We're quite worried about the owner's permission but he agreed and we just had to pay another 50,000 VND per night, which was cheaper than the payment per guest before adding our last roommate. ||We stayed there for a week and asked the owner to have our dresses washed by him and we only needed to pay 200,000 VND (5 people). He even asked nothing about deposit and we just paid when we checked out. ||One interesting thing is that the owner invites his guests to have dinner with his family every Friday. You can enjoy local vegetarian food prepared by him and his wife.||We got nothing to complained about the quality of the room. It's very clean and cool (temperature). It's decorated with some pictures of Hoi An Ancient Town on the wall.||To sum up, I, and also my roommates, highly recommend this...

We had only window shutters and no actual Windows so we had no chance to lock it out ! Over all we slept very little and changed after that night to a much...
