Phúc Bảo Rom Forent — Hotel in Hội An

Our room was large, airy, spotlessly clean and super comfy! Bathroom was modern with good shower. We had a powerful fan, and aircon worked well. We had a little balcony that overlooked the back streets which were lit up with laterns at night. Best of all our host was the warmest, most welcoming person we have met in Vietnam! She gave us loads of information, and was never pushy about booking stuff. she was always offering and happy to make up the room, checking in with us and offering to help out / give us fresh towels and anything we needed! Honestly it was a joy to see her smiling face everyday. She also arranged a very good priced taxi to and from Da Nang Train Station for us. we had a complimentary breakfast Banh Mhi on our last day! Vegan too! It's just 5 minutes into the old town to see all the sites.. There is a little seated area downstairs with some books and loads of information. This place is incredible value! all fabulous and cannot recommend...

This is a family business. I think the good rooms were booked already, so I got the last option that's not usually used.

Toilet/shower walls were a disgrace! I'm embarrassed to say I stayed here.

Sink had 30 degrees off the wall, and looked like its about to fall. Told the owener, she said her husband will come to fix but he didn't.

Walls are black dirty and peeling off, a tube running on the wall is dark black, and in the room itself the walls were wet. Strong smell of damp and black damp spots of the walls.

Stayed here for 1 night coz I came late and tired in the evening, so I canceled the rest 7 nights. I refused to stay here further!!!

I think with some TLC this place can be set up good. Leting a customers stay here is an embarrassment to the business and decent basic serivce and...

We came for two nights my girlfriend and I and were very kindly welcomed by the host. She gave us some very good adresses for eating some local food, she found us a cheap price taxi for going to the airport at the end of our stay and was really taking care of us during our stay. Our room was spacious and clean, with a nice flowered balcony. The homestay is really well located, 3 minutes walking from the old pedestrian city center. We really enjoyed our trip in Hoi An and in this homestay and we highly recommand...
