Edit: Silvia Petrova worked with us to remediate the problem. :) Edit : The owner responded here just to make it look like they care. I emailed back on the email address given and NO response!!! If I could give negative stars I would. My husband got me a pair of earrings for my daughters first bday. And guess what? They broke when I first tried them on. And they couldn't repair it or exchange it immediately as we were in dubai. So I couldn't wear it for the bday. And then when we got back to NY, they sent it to Rome to get it repaired. And then again yesterday I tried to wear it for my friend's wedding and again it broke!! Horrible quality and customer service. Svetlana who we initially enjoyed working with did not even respond when I reached out. We need a refund for this. The bvlgari tag line should be "Here's extra stress for your special occassions." This is too expensive of a mistake for us and if you don't give us a refund this story will be all over social media.
