We had a terrific experience at the boutique throughout our entire purchase journey. Our requests, especially regarding our need for privacy during our shopping experience were accommodated with great care. We were pleased with how generous the staff were with their time, ensuring that we never felt rushed in our decisions at any point, a thoughtful gesture which we truly appreciate. We were also invited to the Valentine’s day experience, a kind gesture from the staff, which was a customised event where we truly felt spoiled by their exceptional customer service.
I would like to give a special shoutout to Barbora Cihakova, who assisted us with our purchase. She was incredibly patient, answered all our questions, guided us through our considerable research, and took wonderful care of us.
Another huge compliment goes to Ondrej Krasa, who is genuinely such a wonderful person. He assisted us during one of our visits and handled our purchases. He went above and beyond to share personal recommendations and was generous with his time, even though he had other commitment, ensuring we felt comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
The store manager, Veronika Tomoryova, is a fantastic leader. She personally spent time with us during the event, casual chatting, and also checked in with us regarding our purchase. Her unwavering attentiveness during the two days did not go unnoticed.

The assistant told me to wait 2 min, and they will call back, as they need to confirm the jewelry’s availability. I was waiting for 1 hour and called again. Another assistant told me that I should wait more and her colleague will call me back. So I received a call after 1,5 hours after the first call with information that the necklace is available, but the price is different from a site price. I’ve asked her to send me the link to the payment, but the assistant told me that I should decide first (If I’m going to buy it at a new price) and call her back. When he did let us in we were lied to again, we were told it was very busy upstairs by another assistant and that there was a long wait to be seen. When we got upstairs there were 3 people in a group and we were served immediately!! This lady was lovely and served us like we expected in Tiffany. We were so offended and shocked by this awful experience we decided to wait and made our purchase in Tiffany Vienna instead. Doesn’t deserve the name...
