This restaurant was my fave for years, recommend it to my friends and family. A bit expensive amazing food - All you can eat bufee, great entertainment and experience. BUT... a big one! This time we left with a bad aftertaste and a violent food poisoning. How the evening goes.... Appetiser: choosing a 525 CZK NIKKEI AND SALADA BUFFÉ was disappointing as the salad bar didnt offer any meats or fruits as it did in the past. Main: our group: 2 couples- women choosing salad buffe, men went for meat & salad. Ofcourse how it goes - men bearely touch the salads, women (specialy with no meats in salad buffe) would like to have a bite... Couples always share in restaurants! But naaah no in this reastaurant. A few times we were reminded that we can pay more in order for us women to have one bite out of 15 meats they offer. Wow! Than a waiter came over to clear out that we will pay for 4 meat bufees... As we already eating meat... Attempting showing some peaces on our plates which were potatoes and aubergine :)) Not to mention it was a birthday dinner, it was first time experience for my parents in this kind of restaurant... Well the last for sure. We felt like kids, or drunk teenagers trying to play the system :) From that time they were watching us like hawks. Desert: They broad us a mini desert to share with a candle and birthday song...even I didnt order it. That was nice... But evening was already ruined. Parents didnt get why it was our favourite place and as a cherry on top in the middle of the night I was awaken with a violent food poisoning, spent 2days in bed. Read moreSimply amazing! This was my first time visiting Brasileiro. It was recommended to me by my colleagues so I had some information about it prior the visit. The staff was very friendly, food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was very nice. You get to taste many different kinds of meat and every single one of them was worth the try. It's not a restaurant one does visit every week (mainly because of the price), but that made our visit even more special. There are two minor suddelties I would point out. We had the reservation from 8:45pm. Even though we arrived couple minutes later (8:50 or so), the table was not yet ready. We did not mind the wait (which was around 5-10min), but I think (especially when we were staying until the closing hour) a restaurant of this kind should have the tables ready on time especially when you make online reservation at very exact time. There are paper circles placed on the table green from one side, red from the other. With them you can instruct the staff to either keep offering you a meat or not to - in theory. Even though we tried to indicate (using the red side of the circle) that we were not interested in trying new meats at the moment, the staff kept coming nonetheless. This is something even one of my colleagues had experienced. I think the green-red circle system is a good idea - just the staff should respect it more.
Nevertheless I very much enjoyed the stay and would happily recommend...
Read moreUnfortunately, our experience at your place started off on the wrong foot, and it’s hard to ignore how unpleasant the welcome was. The hostess was rude, unwelcoming, and completely unprofessional. We were told by someone upstairs to go down, but when we got downstairs, the hostess told us off and said we shouldn’t just walk in like that.
This was our first time at your establishment – how exactly were we supposed to know the process? Were we born in this restaurant? Her attitude was condescending and disrespectful. Instead of offering guidance or a smile, she scolded us and said, “Next time, stand here and don’t move.” Well, she clearly doesn’t realize – there won’t be a next time.
First impressions matter, and this is the one she gave us. If this is your standard of service, it’s clear that you’re not in the right business – and she most definitely isn’t. She seems to have forgotten that your customers are the reason you exist. Without them, you’re nothing – and her behavior made that painfully obvious.
On top of that, the place was hot and overcrowded, which didn’t help. But the final straw was the hostess’ attitude. It was enough to make us write this review and decide not to return.
