I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at the deli counter in SPAR. The staff were shockingly rude and dismissive from the moment I approached. Not only did they barely acknowledge me, but their tone and body language made it blatantly clear they had no interest in helping customers.
When I asked a simple question about one of the items, the response was abrupt, condescending, and completely unprofessional. It felt like I was a nuisance for daring to ask for basic assistance. There was no attempt to be polite or courteous—just outright hostility. When I eventually got my poorly made roll the staff member threw it at me, extremely abhorrent and disgraceful experience, how are these people employed?
To make matters worse, I witnessed them treating other customers with the same disrespectful attitude. It’s unacceptable for any business, let alone one in the food industry, where customer interaction is so central, to tolerate...
