There's this one guy, a westerner descent. He can speak both Japanese and English. A staff here. So very helpful, attentive, funny, and take time to explain stuff for us. I really thought maybe the owner. But he's not.

Okay, the food is pretty nice. Served quite fast despite we were there with many. And also during dinner time.

Truth to be told, there were only 2 options for us to choose. Because the other restaurants are just having so freakingly long queue. The 2 we chose are the less longer queue. Don't know if because the taste or the price. But no choice.

Ducked into Tokyo Station to escape a freak morning snow storm March 19 and after exploring Character Street found myself here around 1030am. Was seated quickly - there was no line up yet as it was still early with only a few customers already inside. Ordered the Udon with Prawn and Chicken Tempura. Food was delicious - tasty broth and the tempura batter was light and not overwhelming of the food. Both the prawn and chicken had nice tempura texture but also juicy and tasty past the batter. Place filled up quickly as I was eating so I guess it was good timing and then back out...

We weren't entirely certain whether we were at the restaurant or school, as a cashier scolded us to practice our English. The food wasn't bad, but when it came time to pay our bills, my friends and I requested separate checks. Unfortunately, the cashier seemed confused and pointed at the receipt, asking me to pay the whole bill. We tried to explain again, using hand gestures, and eventually, he seemed to understand, but he told us to practice our English.
