Not super clean and you certainly can't trust the temperatures on the sleeping bags, but the things we got did the job, so 3 stars for that. 1 star for their attitude though. They tried to pressure us to rent things we didn't want and we paid for ten days to rent from March 31 to April 10, but didn't get money back like they promised when we returned things one day early. When we came in they just changed the deal and said that the evening we picked things up counted as its own day and kept the money. Not a disaster, but annoying and shows a really bad, greedy attitude of trying to squeeze out every last penny from the customer.
