The assistant manager Faith was extremely rude. I wanted to exchange an item for a different size and asked her to check to see if there was back stock of the size I needed. She gave attitude as soon as I asked. They ended up not having what I needed so I did a return. Originally I paid partially with cash and the remaining with Apple Pay. She returned my cash and I asked did she need my card present for the Apple Pay. She said this is all you paid. I asked her how was that possible why the cash return didn’t match what was on the receipt. She then gave me more attitude about it until she looked at the receipt in further detail to see it was automatically returned. The manager said she could not do an even exchange and that I would have to pay the difference because they were purchased on sale and the sale ended two days prior.
