I went into this location because I work in Harbor East and I was excited to see a bracelet I loved on your website. The person I’m assuming was the manager didn’t even look up from their task when I came in to greet me. I looked around for the bracelet with genuine curiosity, and this person never even came over to ask if I needed assistance. After a few minutes a young lady came from the back to assist me. The “manager” addressed the young lady, stating she was headed out for the day. I proceeded with my purchase and inquired about some gifts.
