Stopped into this showroom this past weekend to do some sit-testing and were immediately greeted by design experts Nik and Jasmine. Both of them were absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable on all of the show room units and and how to compare different depths, cushions, and styles. Nik sat with us and put together a sectional with all the features we wanted, discussed the option of a custom unit if we opted for an additional seat, gave us pricing quotes, and overall made us feel very comfortable ordering, knowing we will love what we get (a breath of fresh air after a very disappointing experience at another furniture store that shall not be named). Both Nik and Jasmine discussed all the fabric and leg options and sent us home with a few swatches to think on. Nik followed up and sent us the link to the sectional we built together and gave us some additional information on the warranties they offer so we went ahead and ordered it with the 5 year warranty. 10/10 experience and we are very excited to get our new sectional!

I also think it's worth mentioning almost all the negative reviews here are from ~2022 when the company was bought/changed management (albeit, poorly- there is more info online). If you're in the market for new furniture, I highly recommend giving them a chance prior to writing them off on...

My original experience ordering a chair in June 2022 was positive and the original delivery date was for fall 16-22 weeks out. As of November 2022 my online account is showing delivery in MAY 2023, and I do not feel confident it will deliver then or at all. Look up the company on Twitter, people who ordered in early 2022 are being given delivery times into 2023, and people have been told their furniture has been in the US for months and they still have not seen it. This leads me to believe that this store was taking orders they knew could not be fulfilled. If you've purchased recently I would cancel and demand a full refund, and if they do not respond start a the chargeback process with your credit card company/bank. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I would give them a 0 if possible. I ordered 2 chairs in May 2022 and paid a hefty price. My delivery time was 18-22 weeks. Well after 3 months of NO information and my delivery window goes by an email comes out saying my new "estimated" delivery time is April 2023 - 43-47 WEEKS from my order date with little to no explanation of why or an apology. How is almost 1 year for furniture delivery acceptable !?!?! I also submitted a cancellation request a month ago and haven't heard a word from the company. I would never recommend them to anyone ever. Their customer service is atrocious and they clearly don't care about their customers whatsoever. Take your time and money...
