The team at this location should host a class on exceptional customer service! When my husband and I walked into this location, we were greeted like old friends by Daniel (no idea who this guy was) but he just made you feel like you’re old friends. I ended up purchasing 3 items and instantly fell in love with their brand and products. Top quality material! I came back the next day to purchase two additional pair of leggings however ended up with the wrong ones. I also live 4 hours away thus couldn’t drive back to return it. I reached out to their location about this error and beautiful Satharina personally made sure I received the items I needed ensuring me she will process the order herself.
