Codzilla — Local services in Boston

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with the Codzilla Thrill Boat Ride in Boston. This past Sunday, I had tickets for the 5:30 PM ride, but the boat left before the scheduled time. Despite arriving on time, I missed the ride. When I went to the booth to request a refund, I was informed that no refund could be given, as it was the last ride of the day.

I went on the Codzilla on a school trip. The staff was all very friendly. The dock was right next to a hotel with a Starbucks inside. The boat was spacious and provided a place for valuables to not be damaged. And the ride: only one word can describe it. Amazing!! I was in the back and got soaked.
