
Updated review: The seller replied to my email and promptly helped me to exchange my products. They sent me the products I requested with a prepaid return label, so I just dropped the returns in the mail for them today. Made it nice and easy and now I have products that I love and know I can use. I can’t recommend the hand lotion enough, I have very dry hands and this is the only lotion I have found that has a lasting effect. Thank you for your customer service Bjorn’s. I really appreciate you taking care of the exchange in a very friendly and efficient manner. This is a fantastic local Colorado brand that has high quality products and great customer service. The only thing I wish they would do is list their ingredients online for virtual shoppers, but really the in store experience is the best to try the products before purchasing (except that you’ll fall in love and want to buy them all), especially the steamboat store has super friendly and helpful associates. BUYER BEWARE, ALL ONLINE SALES ARE FINAL!! I decided to take a chance and purchase the immunity booster and mouth spray even though they don’t list the ingredients online, thinking that if the ingredients were ones I could not have (I have a very sensitive stomach) that I could go exchange the products at the Breckenridge storefront. I received the items on time and delivery was great however, both products contain ingredients I am a bit weary of, so I drove from Buena Vista (2 hour drive) to the store in Breckenridge to ask for an exchange for some topical products (not even a refund, I just wanted different products and mine were completely unused). I was told at the store that their new policy is you can only return or exchange the same day as purchase, so essentially if you buy online you’re SOL and your purchase is final. Honestly, I loved this brand and have been touting their products for over a year. Now I’ll think twice before buying anything new from them online, if you can go to the store to test the product first, do it. They really do have some great things, but if you’re not 100% sure then DO NOT BUY ONLINE. I’m incredibly disappointed, especially since the products I would have exchanged for were actually more expensive and they would have made more money off of me, instead I drove 2 hours and am feeling very disenchanted with a brand that I really liked. Read moreBuyer beware….when you pay for your purchase be sure they turn the credit card screen toward you so you can sign and decide if you want to add a tip!!! They did not do this with us but they added a tip on their own. When we got a text receipt for the credit card receipt we could figure out why the total price was so much more than the price of the item with tax. We have never heard of tipping in a retail store. When we called they tried to tell us that WE added the tip which we NEVER would have done. My husband merely tapped his card and said he didn’t need a paper receipt (because he gets a text) and that was it. Read moreVery friendly staff and a great selection of honey based products. Stopped in here last year as we were exploring Breck's main street and picked up some honey on a whim. Sent some of the Royal Jelly honey to my mom and now it's part of her daily routine and I order it regularly as she runs low. She says it makes her feel more healthy and improves her memory and thinking.
