02.18.2023 Absolutely love the entire staff here...always so friendly, happy, and helpful! The folks at Alpha Jewelers recommended we stop in here to see what they had and talk with the owner about some day tour trips. SO GLAD we did..we got hooked up with the MOST AMAZING 5.5 hour catamaran snorkeling tour (Stormy Pirate Tours). The owner KNOCKED it out of the park recommending the one he did for us based on our description of what we'd like to do. Huge bonus is that he has a slushy machine in his shop (different flavor each day)...it happened to be Mango our first stop in and recommended we try it with some of the most YUMMY rum I've ever had (Briniey Gold Shipwreck Coconut Rum Cream)...made for a really great frozen dessert type drink!! After our catamaran tour on the 19th, we stopped by to tell him how thankful we were for his recommendation and how much fun we had. And of course that I needed to buy a bottle of that rum. He had Pina Colada in the slushy machine this day and offered to let me try that with the rum...OMG...just as good as the Mango. I had the displeasure of encountering one of the most obnoxious shop clerks in this store. I understand it is their job to be pushy and the shtick is to upsell as much jewelry as possible, but this particular woman was relentless. She snapped a bracelet on my wrist without asking, walked away and I removed it and set it down gently where she had left me. This was after hounding me endlessly despite expressing overall disinterest in the merchandise. (I was accompanying my mother). I left the store as she had pushed me over the edge and I was sick and tired of her being on top of me and she magically reappears outside, thinking I had shoplifted the bracelet that she tried to lock me in....

Scammers! We forgot to take our purchases with us when we left the store. When we went back to get them, they said we didn’t pay enough for the items and we owed them more. We said that it was the price we agreed on. Their response was we shouldn’t have gotten the deal because we didn’t buy the higher end jewellery we bought today from their other store, Alpha. We asked for a refund and they said no refunds! We were able to leave with our purchases but we will never go there or to...
