I am only leaving a 1 star because selecting -100 isn't an option. I am beyond disgusted at how I was treated today as a customer. At around 216pm today I received and email stating that Wells Fargo has done a "review" of my account and made a "business decision" to close out my account as of 07/02 and if I had any questions to call the "Fraud Prevention Department". The email did not give me any other explanation so of course I called them. They young lady on the phone was super nice and professional and after looking into my account that all she could tell me was it was a "business decision" and that SHE didn't even have access to that information. Mind you, I have NOT been a bad customer nor have I EVER even let my account get overdrawn not one time! I want the powers that be in upper management to know that people deserve the right to know why you made your "business decision" ESPECIALLY when it concerns our hard earned money! Last week when CLOUD STRIKE had outages globally that Friday night transferred instantly via ZELLE from one bank to my WELLS FARGO bank account in timely manner as my sending bank provided letter stating exact time funds left and was hours before cutoff time. However, WELLS stated no issues on their side which is totally unbelievable, and so far from truth, and is way for them to charge fees and blame it on others. First they blame sending bank, now they blame it on ZELLE. WELLS is a money hungry bank not admitting when they are at fault and see no reason to continue my relationship with this institution.
