Körner the Market — Local services in Dallas

We were in the area around 8pm tonight and before going back to our homes my friend wanted to grab a couple of snacks and beers before his trip back home tomorrow.

The store is beautiful and has a great selection of snacks, beer, wine and everything in between.

Unfortunately, the guy working tonight ruined the experience for us. He made us feel extremely uncomfortable and was very short with us. He checked his watch no less than 15 times while we were trying to talk to him. One of my friends had some questions and the guy was very short with him and didn’t answer the question.

My other friend tried complimenting the store to him and asked for recommendations on wine and again the guy was just very short with us. He could only answer with yes or no and he had this look on him as though he did not want to talk to us at all. I had to ask him if we were bothering him because it just did not feel right. Can't say enough about how awesome it is to have this in the city. Sometimes, you don't want to hit the box stores for every day essentials. Other corner stores are either outragously priced and the staff is less than friendly. The owners and the staff really went above and beyond thinking through this place. I can get my beer, GOOD wine, decent snacks and other household things without having to go far or go into a box store. Was having a dinner party and wanted some specific wines. These guys came through in a big way. Their selection is beyond any other in the area.
