Diana is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not only did I have had really bad acne scars and embarrassing facial hair from having Polycystic Ovary Syndrome for the past 3 years, I also had a very uneven lip shape due to scar tissue from a car accident several years ago. I was so insecure about my lips I could never imagine wearing lipstick anymore because I did not want to draw attention to my mouth. And in regards to my skin, I could not go a single day without wearing heavy foundation to cover everything up as well as tweezing and plucking almost every day to get rid of the unwanted hair on my chin and jaw. It was absolutely exhausting to always have to reapply my makeup throughout the day just to make sure all my drastically dark scars weren't showing and to make sure I was smiling a certain way at work so you couldn't see how uneven my lips were. After an incredible consultation with Diana (who is so sweet and understanding and easy to talk to!!), she made me extremely confident that she would be able to help completely change my skin and help my uneven lips! And she did JUST THAT! Literally two days After the very FIRST peel when I went back to work on Monday, I kid you not, I had literally 6 people compliment my skin within SECONDS of greeting me! Even a few of the guys that see me around my building were complimenting on my "glow"!! I was shocked!! It was the same after the microneedling and laser hair removal appointments, just compliment after compliment! And the SAME with my lips, the work she did was SO natural that people kept saying that they couldn't pinpoint what was different but I looked so great! (I knew it was because I finally could wear lipstick and not contort my mouth to smile a certain way!) the few people I told of the lip work were veterans with juviderm themselves and were TRULY ASTONISHED that I had just gotten them filled a couple days prior because they said they usually have bruising and bumps and have to wait a week or so before all of that goes away! They couldn't believe she just did mine!! I never got any bruising whatsoever and the results were so extremely beautiful and natural! I have never been the girl that people complimented for her skin and because of Diana I finally got to experience goddess like skin! I have confidence leaving the house with no makeup on and my fiancé loves that I'm enjoying the moment more rather than being worried about my scars showing or a stray hair I might've missed while tweezing! DISCRIMINATORY, RACIST, UNETHICAL SPA* Husband bought me Groupon for my bday in February. Went to their site and had hours of operation and call for an appointment. I called two different times and went to vmail. OMG! Could I be scammed? I then emailed them and email came back undeliverable. I know I saw their hours of operations on their site and being a Monday it showed they would be open. Went to the place to make sure it wasn't a scam. I took a day off and went to the spa and even lined me up a babysitter. When I walked in, there were a group of individuals just staring at me. After an awkward moment, I hand over my gift card printout from Groupon. Lady just looks at me like I'm stupid and said they were closed and only do appointments by scheduling online. Okay, but their site clearly states they were open. I want my $ back at this time and she says, Oh no you have to call Groupon for that. Finally I just say schedule my appointment for a Saturday. She said she would schedule it for me right there and then. Today was that Saturday. Again lined up another babysitter. Took off to the place as she told me show up early. I pull on the door to go in only to know it's locked. Same Lady sees me opens up after a couple of seconds. I walk in and she says, Didn't you get the email last night? Um, I did not. She said my massage therapist is out sick. I asked if there was anyone that could help me? She said no that she was even booked (yet she wasn't doing anything other than holding paper towels when I walked in). She offered another treatment for free if I rescheduled. I was so upset by this that I just said No and just walked away. I came home to look at my email, there was no email that was sent last night. I had an email that came in 1 hour before my appointment that the therapist was going to be out sick and another email 30 minutes after I left the place advising of a free gift. I purchased my IPL Photofacial service via Groupon. It was very easy to schedule the appointment and Spa D'Luna is a professional spa with plenty of parking. I met Diana, the owner, and she was very friendly. She asked me several questions regarding my background and skin challenges so she could create a customized treatment plan. She is very knowledgably and explained different options for treatment and maintenance to get the most ongoing benefit from an IPL. During the procedure she continuously makes sure you are comfortable and not in pain. I have had IPLs from other Spas and Diana definitely provided the best one I've ever experienced.
