I recently had the chance to experience Club Form in Denver and it was one of the best health and fitness clubs I have ever visited. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and made check in easy, even though I was a guest and not a regular member. They gave me a quick tour and explained how everything worked so I felt comfortable using the facilities right away.
The club itself is impressive. The equipment is top of the line and well maintained, with plenty of options for strength training, cardio, and functional workouts. There’s a lot of space so even during busy times it never felt cramped. Everything was spotless, from the workout floors to the locker rooms, and there were always staff on hand keeping things organized and clean.
What stood out to me was the attention to detail. The locker rooms had everything you need to freshen up after a workout, including spacious showers, fresh towels, and high quality toiletries. The layout of the club is smartly designed so it’s easy to move from one area to another without bumping into people or feeling lost.
I also appreciated the atmosphere. It’s motivating without being intimidating, and you can tell that the staff care about creating a welcoming environment for everyone. Even as a guest I felt completely comfortable and supported, and several staff members checked in to see if I had questions or needed help with equipment.
Overall, Club Form Denver left a very strong impression. It’s a beautiful facility with great equipment, thoughtful amenities, and a team that clearly values its members and guests. If you’re in Denver and looking for a place to work out, recover, or just experience a top-tier fitness club, I highly recommend...
Read moreStephan (one of the trainers here!) is THE go-to personal trainer in Denver. Stephan has trained me for 2 years, both leading our team at work once a week through a weekly functional workout, and most recently working with me one on one to create a plan that works for me personally. I’ve seen him every week for 2 years, and not once has he been late. Magic? Hardly. It’s just a testament to his time management. When he says “5 minutes,” he means it. When he says that this will be the “last” exercise, you can trust him and go all out. He’s incredibly communicative. He always asks people about their past injuries upon an initial meet to be sure he can cater the workout to the needs of everyone he’s training. He knows just how to push each person on our team the way they need it. I cannot recommend Stephan...
Read moreI pick my gym based off the people behind it. While the gym is good and has good equipment, the owners were extremely rigid, especially for being a family owned business. I purchased a 5 month membership, and had to suddenly leave town after 2 months. I talked to them to asked for a refund which they refused to give me. I was only asking for a month or two refund as I had no problem with paying some type of cancellation fee. They refused to give me any money back and kept it all. Does issuing a $50 make or break their business, no. Does it go a long way for me to have a good experience and recommend the gym to others, yes. I cannot believe they would not give me any money back, pretty pathetic if you ask me. I would recommend going to CAC over this...
