Independence Plaza — Local services in Denver

This is I think technically a mall? It never feels like I'm supposed to be in this building and over half of the businesses can't be accessed from the outside. Security staff is more likely to case you than to help you find where you're going. And they almost seem to treat asking for directions as suspicious behavior. There is a shoe shine stand here who is running this? I think the only worthwhile businesses I've participated with here are going to be the ones with food. Also, if you need any sort of dental work go immediately to the surgeons, not the dentist office here. The dentist office here is a cosmetic facility that will not be able to assist with surgeries. They can do caps but so can the dentists do not waste your time and money. Pay the people who went to school to do the hard thing, not the guys who want to make some money so they can go hunting. I'm pretty sure the second floor is just offices and you're definitely not supposed to go up there. Oh also several of the empty businesses that litter this place often have unlocked doors and you can easily explore their interiors. I'm not admitting to trespassing. I got lost and realized that I could walk into nearly every room in this building. Also, if there's not live music being played out front, there is always at least three homeless people. Panhandling. I'll let you do with that information...

"independence Plaza" isn't really a destination... It's the building that houses the Rock Bottom Brewery Restaurant, where we went before a show at the Denver performing Arts center. The beer and the food are reliably good, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is very good. As of early 2023, construction on the 16th Street Mall has made it a little difficult to access and will make the outdoor patio a bit unwelcoming, but that shouldn't affect the things we like...

PRETTY AMAZING! This shopping center is really the best place you can have all your shopping desires from bags, shoes, t-shirts, and many more.
