Came in the other day. The 2 young girls at the front were on their phones while I sat and waited for help. I had to tell my employee out loud that I wasn't getting any help before they caught on. Afterwards. Upon asking for 2 different pair of shoes I was interested in, I was only given one of the pair,making it hard to test the shoes for fit and or manufacturers damage. Side note: I have shopped here many times and have bought thousands of dollars in shoes. The owner himself has handed me boxes upon boxes at a time. So I don't see the issue here in me holding a $200 pair of shoes that I'm more than likely gonna buy. When I entered the store I was wearing the "MTV yo wrap" Patrick Ewings. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I bought my son a pair of Nike Air Max 90 tennis shoes on Friday and they were falling apart at the seams by Monday. I took them back to the store on Tuesday and the staff refused to exchange the clearly DEFECTIVE shoes. I was told that they would need to talk to the owner and to come back the next day, which I did to no avail. I was told that they would not return the shoes because they would loose money. I asked "What about me, I'm a working class mom who bought an expensive pair of shoes for my kid at your store and they fell apart in 3 days, so I'm loosing money." The sales rep did not care. They have awesome shoes here my only complaint Is that the few times I've been in there they never have my shoe size . And it's a hit or miss when it comes ro who your dealing with when you walk in there. There have been times I've come in and bought a pair of shoes and the sakes guy was awesome and couldn't have been more helpful. And as far as my most recent trip the lady at the cash register was flat out rude she was on her phone and It seemed like i was totally inconvenienceing her when I asked her prices on something.
