The most incredible experience!
So I was lucky enough to be in Denver for 4 days mid April 2022. Stumbled in off the street just cause it had a view of cool Nuggets jerseys from the window. I WAS SO WRONG! The jerseys here go beyond cool, they're RARE and amazing! The staff here is everything that the jerseys are +1. Honestly the best experience I had
I saw they had 1997-98 Raptors home Billups jersey. You need to understand how rare these are, he only played 29 games for the raps. I'm from Toronto and we don't even have these up here! BUT IT GETS EVEN BETTER!
They only had XL's, my size is L but i didn't mind, rare is rare. I bought it. Out of curiosity, I asked "Google shows me you have other stores, do you have the L there?"
Yes they did, but did they place one on hold for me? NO!
THEY ORDERED IT TO THIS LOCATION! The owner brought it over next day in person, exchanged it no questions asked, and I flew home with a one of a kind Raps jersey in my size!
Thanks for making my experience amazing!
10/10 you should go in. And the staff are great to talk...
Read moreBeware, the staff is strangely aggressive. Itâs almost like theyâre on the same steroids as some of the pro athletes. The other day I was in the checkout line when the greeter, a tall white man with facial hair berated another customer for not engaging in his small talk. A customer was walking into the store when the employee locked eyes on him and asked one question after the next. The greeter became insistent on getting answers to each question like he was impatient. The customer clearly didnât come to the store to chat with the guy so he walked off to shop. Meanwhile the greeter became visibly enraged and began yelling. Next he proceeded to shout across the store to have the customer removed because he couldnât get the guy to engage in idle chat. Where was the professionalism? Emotional maturity? What happened to the customer is king? What an outrageous way to engage with customers. It felt like a surreal experience to witness. Out of disgust I dropped my stuff, left the line and walked out. The manager should think more carefully about their...
Read moreI absolutely enjoyed shopping at this store. HOWEVER, once I realized that I was being charged a 1% Denver Crime Spike Fee, I will take my business elsewhere.
How ridiculous is it to have honest customers pay for others' bad behavior?! You could at least be transparent and have a sign at the register letting people know about this instead of it being a surprise on a receipt. And why is it our fault that you can't hire good enough staff to keep an eye on those people actually shoplifting. If you feel that your losses are that much, take your store elsewhere.
I will be sure to pass the word on so that others aren't surprised like the majority of...
