DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS!!!! (09.11.2015) I paid for 2 watches to get a battery replacements and cleanings. 1 still working intermittently, 1 not working at all. A very small and simple job to complete for "professionals". They told me to come back in 24 hours to pick them up. In which I did, 24 hours later. Upon returning I come to find out they had not even started the job, and shuffled me out the door and telling me to return in another 45 minutes and they would start on it now. Noting their lack of competence and becoming frustrated at this point, I returned 3 hours later and picked up my watches. I asked them very directly if they replaced both batteries, even though one was ticking when I dropped it off.. They confirmed both were replaced, and told me I had a 1 year warranty on it if I had any problems. I paid them in Cash, and left for vacation. 3 weeks later I find the intermittent watch had stopped again. Knowing I had a warranty I called them and expressed my frustrations upon the previous visits and expressed that it did not appear they did do what I originally paid them for. Damon, the owner, said to bring it in and he could tell if they replaced it because they use a certain type of battery, and apologized cause they are "Known for Customer Service". So wasting even more of my time to come back for a 4th time! I came in and they did verify they took my money and didn't complete the work like they said. And realizing I was extremely frustrated at this point that they lied to me, he told me to leave his store because he didn't like my tone.. They took my money for a job they didn't complete, and then they can't handle the frustration of a customer whom they didn't actually serve. Making it back to my workplace, I immediately called the owner back to try and further my point and he cut me off and told me to never come to his store again and hung up on me. I tried to address my issues with them directly, after having caught them in the act of lying and stealing and they weren't open to any constructive feedback.. LIARS AND CHEATS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Save yourself the Money and effort and go to somewhere...

Amazing Business, Impeccable Work, Personable Customer Service

As a newly engaged little lady, the thought of a stranger handling my ring made me a bit nervous if not terrified (hey, when you watch TV...you tend to hear some horror stories). However, the moment you step into this classic and exquisite architectural beauty of building, I knew I was in for an amazing experience. The elevator ride up to their fourth floor alone was enough to make me feel like a special princess. Yet, what motivated me to write this review is Damon and Ray Musselman ( and all the wonderful staff I spoke with as well, no doubt).

In such a crowded city full of ambiguous strangers and a loss of that tight community feeling at times, it’s quite a rare gem to find a family business such as this. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with the most genuine smile I’ve seen in a while. You know that feeling you get when you visit a mom-and-pop shop in a smaller town and you’re flooded with their warmth and fun jokes? That’s my experience here. But most importantly, their expertise is clearly renowned and evident as each customer that walked in passionately assured me “This Place is Everything!”.... now I understand why.

From the long and lighthearted conversations, feeling deeply valued and respected, all mixed with the invaluable expertise Musselman Jewelers embodies... I truly think I hit the jackpot in terms of their comprehensive care and craftsmanship. Lastly, I left with a deep sense of trust that my beautiful ring was in the right hands; these are crucial components when you think of the meaning and value associated with the piece of jewelry and beyond. As such, I wouldn’t have anyone else...

I had a very old ring that was in really bad shape and had stones falling out. I had had it repaired once before and it was done very poorly. It's my engagement ring and we bought it used at an antique shop. I really didn't want that to happen again, so I did some research and decided to give Musselman's a try. Ray was so friendly and so knowledgeable. He could place the age of my ring at a glance and immediately mentioned the shoddy quality of the previous work. He told me that in order to not lose any more stones, it would basically have to be completely rebuilt. All the prongs and all the settings needed to be done, or adjacent stones might fall out. What he quoted was a bit more than I had expected, but the ring is precious to me so I decided to go ahead with the work. He was kind enough to include the stone AND an appraisal! I said I would also like to have my wedding ring appraised and he even included that! I couldn't be happier with my experience, and now that I have the ring back it's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. Highly...
