December 9, 2023. In the early hours of the evening my family and I visited this shop. There were nine of us visiting and browsing throughout the store. I couldn’t help but to feel that I was monitored by the sales ladies at the store. They made me feel like I was there to shoplift. My husband picked up an Ariat jacket which he liked and decided to purchase. He got in line to pay but to our surprise the lady at the cash register closed it because “something happened” she said she had to close it when her co worker asked her what was the problem. Now it was on my husband’s turn that she did this. She moved to a different cash register and called on the Caucasian woman that was behind my husband. My husband moved over to the other cash register to pay for the jacket. She acknowledged her co-workers behavior was unprofessional and apologized on behalf of her co-worker.

Now hear me out. Texas of all states in the US was part of Mexico, so how is it that a highly German populated town could be so arrogant to treat other people of different race when they have established themselves on a state predominantly of Mexican descent. Loved the clothes there but the store atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable. I grabbed three shirts I liked and then met up with my husband who was looking through the men’s section. We walked into this store excited to shop but once we were there I felt very targeted by the employees. After laughing at something my friend said staff quickly surrounded us and began watching us as if we were going to steal something. My husband and friends fiancé noticed too. It was completely uncalled for and I certainly did not buy anything. Costumer service goes a long way and circling around because someone laughed seemed a bit ridiculous.
