I have shopped the Fredericksburg TX store for years and looked forward to my visit, always buying a charm, ring, bracelet and or necklace for family and . Then it changed after Kathy, Lizzy, Pat, Cindy, Cindi, Teresa, and Carolina left what the heck happened. I would walk in the store complaining my on my back (though she was often steps behind me) one of the ladies would assist me in finding something special or nodding to what my wife would pay attention to. My deer leas is half an hour away and I would stop and get something for my wife walk down the street to The Brewery and post a picture of the James Avery bag and a beer at the bar. My love language to my wife. The language is in this store. You lost something with these ladies leaving. Kathy and Lizzy are heaven sent and it feels like Iāve known them my whole life. They are just amazing souls. Stop in yesterday to have a clasp and charm repaired for my girlfriend and I was in an out in less than 20 minutes. 20 minutes!!!! The store in Huebner Oaks in San Antonio told me itād be about a week.. Iām so very grateful that we still have this shop on Main Street and even more thankful for the ladies that work there. THEY are the difference. They are why I always shop there and they are the reason I will continue to shop at this specific location until Kathy and Lizzy retire. Great...
