Season's Best — Local services in Gatlinburg

We bought an airbrush shirt here, paid cash for it and were told by the manager we could pick it up the next day rather than have to wait. We returned the next day with receipt in hand and the store was not open at 1030am, although the website said they open at 1000am, all other stores around it were open, and this store had no posted hours of operation on the door. We went to the store next door, they texted the manager of this store, and he said come back in about an hour, which would have been at 1130, and that he would be in around that time, but we had to leave to travel back home. The owner of another neighboring store told us this happens all the time because Season’s Best II’s employees arrive and open whenever and at whatever time they so choose. After arriving home, we have called the number on the internet multiple times throughout the day to have our shirt shipped to us and no one answers the phone. The number posted on the receipt is no longer in service. This is poor business etiquette, and we will not purchase any other items from this line of stores on subsequent trips! Has a very unethical policy! Rude manager and employees! Poor policy against children! Had a incident where one of my kids accidentally dropped a cup in which some whipped cream got on a few shirts the employee called the manager to let him know, the manager told the employee to make us pay for the shirts or call the police we agreed to pay for the shirts! The shirt count went from 6 to 12 shirts! Some didn't have anything we saw on them, $267.00 dollar's later we left with the shirts which I was tempted to burn in front of the store! Horrible place ! Terrible place they accused me of stealing and stopped me and made me let them search my stuff. Sure enough I didn't steal anything. It seems like they didn't believe me even after I walked through their stupid faulty sensor multiple times AND had to empty my bag, pockets and WALLET (what would I even fit in there anyway???).
