My first & more than likely my last visit to "Oh Man" took place yesterday. After entering the store and looking around for about 10 minutes and being the only guest in the store besides my husband, I was never greeted, asked if I needed assistance, nothing. The two clerks continued their conversation over the extremely loud annoying music, one never looking up from her phone! I pointed this out to the male clerk who said he was the manager & responded "oh I do it sometimes". He was very condescending and rude, even though I was polite when saying you should greet everyone not just do it sometimes. We had a discussion about taking care of all customers all year long and not just tourists too. All of this happened as I brought my items up to purchase. Close to 50.00! I would have shopped longer with help and a better environment! "Oh Man" Owners..... Do better, train your employees on customer service! Maybe have an employee try each one and give a description near that section so people will not be hesitant to buy.
