Charlotte Russe — Local services in Jackson Township

Worked here for about a year and had to leave last year due to having to going to HR for multiple reasons. I had to report a coworker to the store manager after the assistant manager had forged my initials on the safe content log on two different occasions. I politely asked her not to do that the first time. As a keyholder I followed protocol as written. Received work place retaliation from the store manager and the assistant manager that was there then. Even after going to HR to report I still never received my sick time as requested/stated they would because the assistant manager refused to give me that as well and removed me from the communication chat when I had to call out sick which was a second act of workplace retaliation. I had to call off because some workers would come in while sick and cough without covering their mouths and I got sick so I had to call off because I got sick due to the lack of hygiene/inconsideration of calling off to prevent getting other workers sick.

There are more awful things I have witnessed and disgusting comments made towards customers and other workers here during my time here and I am truly disgusted how I was treated for following policy/protecting myself.

Im disappointed. I had a return here and at Zumiez, I went to Zumiez first and pulled items out of bag, the tags were all intertwined, needless to say the tag that broke off was from Charlotte Russe. I went to return the shorts and because the tag was removed I was unable to return them. I explained what had just happened and they offered a gift card or an exchange, if I wanted these shorts I would have kept them..... seriously?! I HAVE THE RECEIPT AND TAGS. What's the issue.? The store isn’t being kept organized. There is paper on the floor in the shoe area and the shoe boxes are disheveled. Two employees there today who aren’t greeting or helping customers that need shoes or fitting rooms. Waited for some time to use the fitting room. Employee using her cell phone and looked at the line of people waiting for the fitting room then continued to walk to the Employee area in the back. Bad service. No music in the store either. Just...
