Macy's — Local services in Jackson Township

The employees at the Clinique make-up Dept are so helpful. I have been having a terrible time with my face products because of having T-zone areas. All of a sudden nothing was working on me at all. So I decided to ask for assistance. They were so patient with assessing my problems, then explaining why I needed certain products. Then they helped me with make-up! I felt like they really cared about me. I also would like to thank the ladies in the clothing Dept . I was looking in the clearance and what great deals I was finding! After a few minutes they asked how I was doing? I thought I was fine looking on my own. Then I found a dress I really liked and it was the wrong size. So they looked up to see if they had anymore in the store. There was 1 and wow what a time finding it. But after awhile we found it! They went above and beyond service I had expected. I enjoy going into the stores and shopping, I'm not an online shopper. It's the personal touch being able to talk to people and have them help you that makes it the best...

Macy's used to be one of my favorite stores, however that is not the case as much now. They still have a lot of merchandise that targets categories from men, women, youth, babies, housewares etc. BUT the store in the BELDEN village mall is filthy. The carpets are well beyond just dirty, the floors are not swept, good luck getting someone to wait on you, or give you directions to something you need. Shopping in a clean store makes you feel safer, and gives you a much better shopping experience, this was by no means what I experienced. Macy's needs to do better or expect to be just one of many stores that will be closing due to lack of cleanliness and enough employees to wait on you and pick up merchandise that ends up on the floors along...

I buy a lot of inexpensive items at the upstairs Backstage. Lots of inexpensive gift items for tight budgets. 2nd floor has Backstage items, baby and children's clothes, less expensive clothes for women and men, less expensive shoes, household items, furniture, toys. 1st floor has the more expensive clothing including Mens suits, dress shirts, ties, dress shoes, casual wear. Women's sections including for young Women. Plus sizes, coats, sports shirt section called LIDS, Event dresses, colognes, jewelry, cosmetics including Mac, Clinique, Lancome. Sunglass Hut, Designer purses, Customer Service is at main entrance. They no longer carry pantyhose (Thank God). There is not a much-needed Petite section. The Plus section needs more...
