Absolutely loved spending the afternoon at this spa! Huge shoutout to Chris and Dianna for their exceptional service; They truly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had what I needed. The steam room, sauna, and salt room were so calming, and the indoor and outdoor jacuzzis were the perfect touch for ultimate relaxation. Plus it was only $75 for a 3 hour spa pass, which I thought was a good deal because I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. I can't say enough wonderful things about Grand View Spa! The facilities were absolutely top-notch. We enjoyed the outdoor whirlpool area, which was incredibly relaxing, and the indoor spa lounge that featured a private hot tub, steam room, and sauna. It was the perfect setting for a special occasion. My fiancé proposed to me here, and the staff went above and beyond to help arrange wine and chocolates to make the moment even more magical. We absolutely loved our time spent in the spa. It was so relaxing ☺️ The steam room was probably my favorite spot. The Halo Therapy room was cool too, though I probably enjoyed the chair swing the most.

We got a facial from Mila and a massage from Margie (I believe was her name) and they were both excellent: very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Front desk staff were also very good, frequently checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed.
